The Virtual Office Service at 64 North Summit in Tenafly, NJ, offers a wide array of amenities, professional services and a prestigious address for a fraction of the cost of a traditional office. At our location you can hold meetings, receive mail and messages, and conduct business with all the advantages of a private office.

There is a one-time setup fee of $350
Included with the rent are the following services:

Telephone equipment: Programming and installation of ONE top quality speakerphone with programmable features. Additional telephones and lines are available at an extra fee.

Telecom Services: Including call forwarding and voicemail, UNLIMITED Local and Long Distance service throughout the Continental U.S.A.

Internet: Unlimited high speed internet access.

Faxing: One dedicated fax line per office suite.

IT/Support: Direct access to a dedicated IT support team familiar with the facilities IT infrastructure.

Communications:
Additional Telephone equipment and telecom services: Includes the programming and installation of a top quality speakerphone with programmable features. Also includes call forwarding and voicemail.

		Monthly Fee of $95 per phone
		One time set-up fee of $250 per phone

General Office Support Services:
Examples: Arranging transportation, making simple travel arrangements, making reservations, typing letters or memos, delivering fresh flowers to your office, ordering lunch etc. To be billed in 15 minute increments or by the service provided.

Mail Postage and Overnight services: Including sending out all mail and sorting and delivering all incoming mail.

Fax Services:
(Separate service from the dedicated fax line included in each office)

		$1.25 per page outgoing
		$1.00 per page incoming

Cable Service:
One hook up per office for providing basic cable.

		Monthly Fee $60 per month
		One time set-up fee of $75

Conference Room:

		Conference Room ( 6-8 people) / $250/day $50/hr (1/2 hour minimum)
		Catering services available upon request for an additional charge

Photocopies:
State-of-the-art printing and copying equipment for your use.

Copies:

		$0.10/each for Black & White
		$0.50/each for Color

Storage Cages:
Same floor, easily accessible lockable storage cages
